I am passionate about expanding and providing inclusive mental health practices through educational trainings, mental health presentations, and speaking engagements. I take an active role in identifying and eliminating barriers that occur within a mental health and organizational setting that create further marginalization toward other marginalized groups. My speaking style is informative yet engaging, as my primary goal is that individuals leave feeling inspired, educated, and excited to embark on a new journey of self-empowerment and inclusivity within their occupations and communities.
