About
Internalized homophobia impacts many QTBIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. The pain is experienced from many places, including family, church, communities, workplaces, television, etc. When this pain moves internal, it can influence one's access to their full Self, even after they come out. This program is built for the individuals that have held with or are still holding experiences of internalized homophobia. It's my hope that this supports the parts of you that needed to be seen, heard, and supported. The program will end with access to my 10 page guide on utilizing IFS to support the parts of you internalized homophobia.
